Registration:
You are requested to fill out the registration form and confirm (by fax or e-mail) your participation on or before 12 December 2014. Registration form could be obtained personally or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Course Coordinator or by email. It could also be downloaded from NCAS website (www.ncas.ac.lk). The non-refundable fee should be credited to the NCAS Account No. 3532126 at the Bank of Ceylon, Independence Square Branch, Colombo 7, and the copy of the deposit slip should be forwarded to us with the duly completed registration form.
